I started working with The Outbound Collective as an Explorer in November 2015. As a group, Explorers were encouraged and incentivized to get more people outside, to share trail guides, and to get vocal about outdoor-related topics. I led the charge in photographing adventures and documenting trail information in the Eastern Tennessee and Los Angeles regions.
In the summer of 2017, I was brought onto The Outbound Collective team to help lead social media strategy, manage the social accounts, advise paid media strategy, and pitch new industry opportunities for the growing business. Additionally, I launched the social pages for the company's event series, Pursuit, and helped plant the seeds for social marketing there.
